HISTORY OF SNS OUTFITTERS & GUIDES
SNS Outfitters & Guides was founded in 1977 when Sy Gilliland received his first outfitter's license at the age of 21. Over the past 33 years, SNS has grown into Wyoming’s leading and largest hunting outfitter and guide service with an outstanding reputation for strong customer service and high hunt success rates. In 1996, SNS became an employee-owned corporation. This has allowed us to offer an even higher level of service to our clients and expand hunting opportunities to Montana and more areas in Wyoming. Our employees have a genuine desire to provide the best possible service and while we continue to grow and hire new employees, most have been with SNS many years . All camps are managed by an employee/owner to help insure a quality experience. In 2004, SNS purchased Sheep Mountain Outfitters from Tim & Cindy Haberberger in the famous Greys River area of western Wyoming allowing us the oportunity to hunt some of the largest Mule Deer in the state from the beautiful Box Y Lodge. In 2007 SNS purchased Jackson Hole Outfitters to offer even more trophy deer, bear, elk and moose hunting opportunities on the Greys River. |
