DEPOSITS

To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required on all trips. If unsuccessful in the drawing on single animal hunts, your deposit is returned. If you book a combination hunt, and are unsuccessful in drawing a license for one animal, but draw the other license, only on the animal you fail to draw a license is the deposit returned. Unless different arrangements are made when the hunt is booked. Should you draw only one license the hunt can be rescheduled to hunt the animal for which a license was obtained. Only upon failure to draw a license is a deposit returned, because of the expense of a lost booking. License applications withdrawn by the client WILL NOT COUNT AS A FAILURE TO DRAW, therefore a deposit refund will not be granted by SNS. Deposits will be returned within 60 days of notification by the appropriate Game & Fish that you were unsuccessful in obtaining a license. Personal check will be accepted for all payments. Final payments must be made 30 days in advance of the hunt starting date. No rate reductions or extra days will be given if hunters leave before the conclusion of the hunt or fail to arrive on prearranged dates. VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCEPTED.

FINAL PAYMENTS

Final payment is due 30 days in advance of your starting date. VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCEPTED.

Each hunter will be mailed a liability waiver and safety rule sheet to be signed and returned to us. Hunters on hunt #7 will sign a visitor risk agreement.

SALES TAX

Meals and lodging on Wyoming camp hunts are subject to a 5% STATE sales tax ($2.50 per day).

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

This type of insurance is offered by many agents. We recommend buying trip cancellation insurance. Should you be unable to make the trip due to an unforeseen problem you will not lose all of your investment. (See our Prepare To Go page for a link for trip insurance). SNS reserves the right to cancel hunts and refund deposits. No rate reductions or extra days will be given if hunters leave before the conclusion of the hunt or fail to arrive on pre-arranged dates.

Our guarantee cannot extend to:

• Weather conditions
• Maintenance of your equipment
• Control over animal behavior
• Your physical condition, shooting ability or eyesight.
• Emergency season closures.

LOSS DISCLAIMER

We will accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your personal gear. You may wish to insure your rifle and other valuable equipment against breakage or loss during your hunt.

NON-DISCRIMINATION CLAUSE

No person shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, and marital or familial status.
