2026 SNS Outfitter & Guides Raffle Official Terms & Conditions

Raffle Period

Raffle ticket sales open October 12, 2026. The final day to purchase tickets is December 15, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.

The raffle drawing will be held December 17, 2026.

Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older where permitted by law. Void where prohibited.

Winners of hunt prizes must be legally eligible to possess the appropriate hunting license and legally participate in the applicable hunt.

Raffle Tickets

Each raffle ticket purchased represents one entry into the drawing. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may purchase.

Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Drawing & Winner Notification

The raffle drawing will be held December 17, 2026. Winners will be selected at random following the close of the raffle.

Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry. Winners do not need to be present to win.

Winners will be announced in the December 17 SNS Outfitter & Guides newsletter. Sign up for our newsletter to see the results.

SNS Outfitter & Guides will attempt to contact each winner within 72 hours of the drawing. A winner must respond and claim the prize within 14 days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that time, SNS Outfitter & Guides reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Hunt Prizes

All hunt prizes are subject to applicable state hunting regulations, licensing requirements, season dates and SNS Outfitter & Guides availability.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual prize description, hunting licenses and application fees, preference points, transportation to and from the hunt location, lodging, meals, personal hunting equipment, firearms, ammunition, meat processing, taxidermy and guide gratuities are not included.

Winners are responsible for obtaining all required hunting licenses and permits and meeting all applicable state hunting requirements.

Hunt dates must be coordinated with and approved by SNS Outfitter & Guides. Specific dates are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Cast & Blast Prize

The Cast & Blast prize is for two people and includes three days of town-based antelope hunting with SNS Outfitter & Guides and one day of guided fly fishing in conjunction with Wyoming Fly Fishing.

Included are professional guide services, transportation during the guided portions of the trip, field lunches during the antelope hunt, and field care of harvested game.

Not included are Wyoming antelope licenses and application fees, Wyoming fishing licenses, hotel accommodations, breakfasts and dinners, transportation to and from Wyoming, personal hunting or fishing gear, firearms and ammunition, meat processing and taxidermy, and guide gratuities.

This is a town-based hunt. Winners are responsible for arranging and paying for their own lodging and meals outside of those specifically included with the trip.

The Cast & Blast may be scheduled for the 2027 or 2028 season, subject to availability.

Wyoming Cow Elk Hunt

The cow elk prize includes four days of guided cow elk hunting and five nights of lodging in camp with SNS Outfitter & Guides. The hunt is conducted from 4x4 vehicles.

Included are professional guide service, home-cooked meals, transportation during the hunt, and field care of harvested game.

Not included are Wyoming hunting license and application fees, transportation to and from Wyoming, personal hunting gear, firearms and ammunition, meat processing and taxidermy, and guide and camp staff gratuities.

The cow elk hunt may be scheduled for the 2027 or 2028 season, subject to availability and applicable Wyoming hunting regulations.

$5,000 SNS Hunt Credit

The winner of the Wyoming Cow Elk Hunt prize may elect to receive a $5,000 SNS Hunt Credit in place of the cow elk hunt.

The $5,000 SNS Hunt Credit may be applied toward the hunt price of an eligible hunt booked directly with SNS Outfitter & Guides.

The credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Any hunt cost exceeding $5,000 is the responsibility of the winner.

The credit applies to the hunt price only and may not be applied toward hunting licenses, application fees, preference points, gratuities or other incidental expenses unless specifically authorized by SNS Outfitter & Guides.

If the winner already has an eligible hunt booked with SNS Outfitter & Guides, the $5,000 credit may be applied toward the remaining balance of that hunt, subject to these terms.

Prizes

Prizes have no cash redemption value. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.

Hunt prizes and hunt credits are subject to SNS Outfitter & Guides' standard booking terms and applicable state hunting laws and regulations.

SNS Outfitter & Guides reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

Charitable Purpose

Proceeds from the 2026 SNS Outfitter & Guides Raffle, after payment of raffle costs, supplies and prizes, will be used for charitable purposes benefiting WYOGA and efforts related to protecting Wyoming's elk feed grounds.

About Wyoming’s Elk Feedgrounds

Wyoming’s elk feedgrounds play an important role in supporting elk herds through the winter months. The Wyoming Game and Fish Department operates 22 state-run elk feedgrounds, while the National Elk Refuge is operated by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.

Approximately 20% of Wyoming’s total elk population depends on supplemental winter feeding for survival. Proceeds from this year’s raffle will benefit WYOGA’s efforts to help protect Wyoming’s elk feedgrounds and keep them operating for the future.

SNS Outfitter & Guides is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by an entrant or for circumstances outside its reasonable control that prevent a winner from receiving notification.

All hunt participants remain subject to SNS Outfitter & Guides' standard terms, safety requirements and applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
