Last Chance to Apply for Wyoming Antelope and Deer

The deadline is approaching to apply for Wyoming antelope and deer licenses for 2017. Applications must be submitted by May 31. If you’d like to hunt in Wyoming this year, now is the time to plan your hunt!

In most of our antelope hunting units, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department has increased license numbers for the 2017 season due to healthy herds, high fawn recruitment and low winter-kill. The harsh winter at high elevations in western Wyoming has made headlines this year. But further east in antelope country, it has been a totally different story.

Apply

With more antelope licenses available this year, draw odds will be excellent. We have a number of units that can be drawn with no preference points. Many of our mule deer and whitetail hunting areas can also be drawn without any points. But you must apply before the deadline at the end of May!

If you have preference points, you may be able to draw one of our premier record book pronghorn units. With the amount of moisture we received this winter, range conditions are excellent and already very green. This could be an outstanding year to hunt trophy antelope in Wyoming.

In addition to excellent antelope hunting opportunities, we offer mule deer hunts and whitetail hunts on some of Wyoming’s best private land habitat. We’ve been managing many of these ranches for more than 20 years for trophy quality.

When you book a hunt with us, we handle the application process for you. There’s no hassle on your end. But you need to call us soon to get your application submitted on time. To book an antelope or deer hunt for the 2017 season, call us now at 307-266-4229.
