Wyoming preference points go on sale July 1st.  Wyoming does not issue preference points automatically if you did not draw a first-choice license in 2019.

Instead, you must purchase points between July 1st and October 31st. If you drew a first-choice license in 2019, you will not be able to purchase a point for that species until the following year.
