Another Wyoming Winter is coming to a close. As I sit here writing this update, the southeastern portion of Wyoming including Casper just received a dump of a foot of snow. The forecast shows another winter storm on the heels of this one headed to central Wyoming. This time of year we receive a significant portion of our annual moisture.
