Summer in Wyoming has been beautiful and we’re enjoying a great season of horseback riding at our Jackson Hole Outfitters camp. The wildflowers are awesome, the weather has been warm, and the fishing on the Greys River is getting hot. But the event of the summer is coming up in August! 

This August, Wyoming will be in the direct path of a solar eclipse, and we’re offering a special, 3-night solar eclipse adventure package at the Jackson Hole Outfitters camp. This will be an unforgettable way to witness a once in a lifetime event. 

Our solar eclipse adventure package includes a three-night stay at our camp, two days of horseback riding and great home-cooked meals. Arrive on August 19^th and enjoy incredible mountain horseback rides on August 20^th and 21^st. The solar eclipse will be on the 21^st. Then, depart after a hearty breakfast on August 22^nd.

Our Jackson Hole Outfitters camp is located in the beautiful Greys River Valley, south of Jackson. This camp provides our guests with a nice balance between a secluded mountain experience, and plenty of creature comforts. Guests stay in canvas wall tents on elevated platforms. The tents are comfortably furnished with beds, updated lighting and area rugs. And the cozy cook tent is a great place to relax and enjoy home-cooked meals. 

In addition to horseback riding, there’s much to do and see along the Greys River! Enjoy miles of hiking trails, or enjoy world-class fly fishing for native cutthroat trout.
